Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admission to the emergency department ( at least for the time required to perform the study and without speedy delivery to the department ) Patients between 18 and 79 years ( young age group , middle - aged and young adults ) Detection of pneumonia and the level of oxygen saturation below 95 % Having at least reading and writing literacy Ability to communicate and respond appropriately

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental illness (based on self-report) History of malnutrition, Parkinson's, dementia or stroke Pregnant individuals Need for intubation

Oxygen saturation level (SpO2) measured with a calibrated pulse oximeter in sitting and prone positions at predetermined time intervals. Timepoint: At admission (baseline).0 minutes.30 minutes.60 minutes.90 minutes.120 minutes. Method of measurement: Oxygen saturation is measured using a calibrated pulse oximeter.
