Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with migraine disorder No history of drug use No history of alcohol consumption No history of severe mental disorders such as hallucinations and delusions. Participants must not have received any type of psychological treatment in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have an education lower than a high school diploma Be over fifty years of age or under eighteen years of age Living outside the city of Hamedan

The Nolen-Hooksman Rumination Questionnaire score of patients with migraines is reduced. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Nolen-Hooksman Questionnaire.;The score of Band et al.'s Experiential Avoidance Questionnaire related to experiential avoidance in patients with migraines should be reduced. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Band et al.
