Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 20 years of age with migraine At least 3 months have passed since they were informed of and treated for the disease, It has caused disruption in their personal, occupational, social, and family functioning. Be willing and able to participate in the study. Have no cognitive problems and are able to communicate Their pain intensity is moderate to high based on the pain scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients admitted to psychiatric and emergency departments

Timepoint: Determining the effectiveness of the spirituality therapy package on pain intensity, of patients with migraine at the beginning of the study (before the start of the study), immediately after the end of the study, and one month after the end of the study. Method of measurement: McGill Pain Questionnaire.

Catastrophizing pain. Timepoint: Determining the effectiveness of the spirituality therapy package on pain catastrophizing of patients with migraine at the beginning of the study (before the start of the study), immediately after the end of the study, and one month after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Sullivan Pain Catastrophizing Scale.;Pain tolerance. Method of measurement: Simon and Gahr Distress Tolerance Scale.;Resilience. Method of measurement: Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale.
