Intervention 1: Participants in the intervention group wear a specially designed, patient-specific medical T-shirt, which is reusable by the same participant and incorporates both a Holter ECG and ABP

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years and older Patients with cardiac arrhythmia Patients with hypertension Patients undergoing first time 24-hour ambulatory ECG and blood pressure monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who did not provide informed consent or withdrew from the study. Participants who are illiterate or unable to read and write. History of psychotropic substance use.Chronic respiratory disorders, such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Wearing a chest compression belt or binder
