Interventions

Intervention group: A senior orthopedic assistant will prepare the LR-PRP injections for the intervention group. For the first 2 mL of LR-PRP, 20 mL of whole blood will be drawn initially from the pat

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Absence of pregnancy and breastfeeding No vascular problems in the legs Not having rheumatoid arthritis No ankle arthritis Absence of ankle deformity Not suffering from mental disability Absence of psychiatric illnesses No previous surgery at the site of injury No bilateral ankle instability Absence of ankle bone lesions
