18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years. Candidates for multilevel instrumented lumbar spinal fusion surgery. No history of diabetes, smoking, neuropathy, or previous spinal surgery. Providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disc recurrence. Surgical complications requiring reoperation. Non-compliance with the study protocol.
