Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lack of history of participating in formal training, such as educational and research workshops on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Diagnosis and confirmation of the disease by a pulmonary specialist Being able to read and write Ability to use mobile and virtual networks Having a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease for more than one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exacerbation of the disease that is unable to cooperate
