Inclusion criteria: 20 to 50 years old Minimum literacy and ability to complete questionnaires Willingness to participate and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having severe psychiatric disorders (active psychosis, severe substance dependence, etc.) Receiving other concurrent psychotherapy interventions during the study period
