Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stage II Kienbach's disease Stage IIIA Kienbach's disease Age 18-45 years First time undergoing either vascular bone grafting or unilateral Ability to answer questions in Persian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with Kienbach disease stage IIIB, IV Presence of simultaneous fractures in the wrist and forearm Presence of hereditary disease of the wrist and forearm on the same hand and the opposite side History of previous orthopedic surgery on the wrist and forearm Presence of underlying disease
