Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with hypertension of STSGE class 2 (systolic 140 or more or diastolic 90 mmHg or more) with a definitive diagnosis from a doctor Age range 30-65 years Having a smartphone Having skills in working with mobile messengers Internet access Willingness to participate in study and collaboration Active use of at least one mobile messenger (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Soroush, bale, or etha) Poor to moderate adherence to treatment regimen (score 0 to 59)

Exclusion criteria: Lack of entry criteria Unwillingness to give informed consent to participate in the study

MeasureTime frame
Self-care education. Timepoint: Virtual self-care education will be used to monitor adherence to the treatment regimen at the beginning of the study or before the intervention begins, and after the intervention, which takes 8 weeks, and will also be assessed after one month. Method of measurement: It is measured based on the compliance questionnaire of Mr. Ziaei and her colleagues.
