Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: irreversible pulpitis mandibular molar healthy patient
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of any sensitivity or contraindication to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or local anesthetics Pregnancy and breastfeeding Taking drugs that affect the central nervous system, such as alcohol or drugs Pain medication use in the past 24 hours Antidepressants or sedatives within the past four hours Cracked or broken teeth open apex Lack of soft tissue anesthesia after block injection Pain in more than one tooth Presence of an apical lesion with a diameter of more than one millimeter Liver or kidney problems active asthma Pulp necrosis
