Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Breast cancer diagnosis (patients who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are in various stages of treatment) Consent to participate in the study Age: Usually patients aged 18 years and above Ability to understand the concepts of self-care education Non-participation in other similar interventions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to continue the study (patients who are unable to continue the study for any reason (medical problems, change in health status) Patient withdrawal Non-compliance with study protocols Death or disease exacerbation Participation in other concurrent interventions
