Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults of both sexes Aged 18–35 years with a sedentary lifestyle Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m² Light to medium skin tone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of orthopedic diseases or musculoskeletal disorders in the shoulder girdle Presence of neurological or neuromuscular disorders in the shoulder girdle History of rheumatic diseases Psychiatric disorders Cardiopulmonary diseases Systemic diseases Addiction to cigarettes, narcotics, or alcohol Use of medications such as vitamins or nutritional supplements within the past two weeks Pregnancy or breastfeeding Presence of tattoos in the treatment area or adjacent regions
