18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having sufficient literacy to participate in the sessions Women of reproductive age 18 to 45 years Diagnosis of primary female infertility (with causes: ovulation disorders, fallopian tube disorders, endometriosis, uterine abnormalities) by a gynecologist No history of mental illnesses (such as depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, nervous weakness (photophobia) No use of drugs that affect the psyche No stressful life events in the last 6 months (death of first-degree relatives, financial bankruptcy, severe illnesses of family members, unemployment, accidents) No medical problems that limit the ability to perform gentle strokes on energy points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to perform the emotional release technique two or more times per week Failure to perform the emotional therapy writing technique for less than three days Withdrawal from the study for any reason.
