Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixth grade students who meet diagnostic criteria for social anxiety disorder based on DSM-5 in a clinical interview. In clinical interviews, meet the diagnostic criteria for social anxiety disorder based on DSM-5. Social anxiety disorder in students is a single disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have been exposed to other therapeutic interventions before starting play therapy. Missing more than two cognitive behavioral play therapy sessions.

MeasureTime frame
Students' ability to cognitively regulate emotion is measured using the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire .Total score and subscales are recorded in the pre-test and post-test. Timepoint: Measurement of the emotion regulation component at the beginning of the study and 30 days after the therapeutic intervention. Method of measurement: Cognitive Regulation Questionnaire to assess children's emotion regulation.;The quality of students' attachment-oriented behavior will be measured with the Attachment Interpersonal Relationships Questionnaire, and the total score and subscales will be recorded in the pre-test of the test. Timepoint: Measurement of attachment-oriented behavior before the start of the study and 30 days after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Interpersonal Relationship Attachment Questionnaire.;Students' self-perception will be measured with a self-perception questionnaire, and the total score will be recorded in the pre-test and post-test. Timepoint: Self-perception measurement before the start of the study and 30 days after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Self-perception questionnaire.
