Intervention 1: Intervention group: Curcumin supplement 50 mg from Dineh, administered every 8 hours for 12 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Placebo
gelatin capsule containing maltodextrin, administered every 8 hours for 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dialysis history of 6 months or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI over 30 History of malignancy Use of corticosteroids and other immunosuppressive drugs Use of NSAIDs

Serum levels of total IgG, IgM, and IgA. Timepoint: After 12 weeks of supplement consumption. Method of measurement: Nephelometry assay.;Serum levels of beta-2 microglobulin. Timepoint: After 12 weeks of supplement consumption. Method of measurement: ELISA.
