Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 20 to 60 years Final diagnosis of mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome (accurate diagnosis with nerve and muscle imaging) Patient's willingness to participate in a research study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not cooperate with the necessary follow-up after the injection Severe hand dysfunction that requires surgical release of the median nerve History of steroid injection into the carpal tunnel and history of surgery Drug sensitivity to the drugs used in the plan Severe carpal tunnel syndrome Neuropathy, fracture, or burn in the affected limb

MeasureTime frame
Pain in hand & wrist based on VAS scale. Timepoint: Clinical findings 3 weeks and 3 months after the second injection will also be recorded and compared with findings before the injection. Method of measurement: Researcher-made checklist. Pain intensity by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).;Paresthesia and numbness in the limb according to the BCTQ questionnaire. Timepoint: Clinical findings 3 weeks and 3 months after the second injection will also be recorded and compared with findings before the injection. Method of measurement: Degree of paresthesia and numbness based on Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire (BCTQ).;Weakness and disability due to compression of the median nerve. Timepoint: Clinical findings 3 weeks and 3 months after the second injection will also be recorded and compared with findings before the injection. Method of measurement: Degree of disability based on Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire (BCTQ).;CSA (median nerve cross-sectional area) and longitudinal diameter of the nerve at the beginning (entrance) of the canal and the end (exit) of the carpal canal. Timepoint: Ultrasound findings will also be recorded 3 weeks and 3 months after the second injection and compared with the findings before the injection. Method of measurement: Measuring the dimensions of the median nerve using an ultrasound device.
