Intervention 1: Control group: Receive standard treatment. Intervention 2: Intervention group: Conditioned Media Recipient Group. Intervention 3: Intervention group: Exosome recipient group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diabetic ulcer Arthritis Grade 2 and 3 osteoarthritis premature ovarian failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: viral infection malignancy

Measure	Time frame
Levels of inflammatory cytokines. Timepoint: Two months after the injection. Method of measurement: Using the ELISA method.	—

Measure	Time frame
Reducing the amount of damage. Timepoint: 6 month after the injection. Method of measurement: Joint radiograph.	—
