Inclusion criteria: Possessing at least a bachelor's degree in nursing Willingness to participate in research Failure to participate in relevant research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having diseases or taking medications that affect sleep Changing jobs on the threshold of study Concurrent participation in other stress management or sleep improvement programs

Goldberg General Health Score. Timepoint: Comparison and determination of the average score of the general health questionnaire in and between the two intervention groups and the control group before, immediately and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.;Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Score. Timepoint: Comparison and determination of the mean score of the sleep quality questionnaire in and between the two intervention groups and the control group before, immediately and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.;Maslach burnout score.
