Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Participants receive oral caffeine (100 mg daily) in addition to the standard antiplatelet therapy Ticagrelor. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2 : Participants

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study (signed informed consent). Age between 18 and 60 years. First-time prescription of ticagrelor as determined by the treating physician. Patients who have undergone coronary angioplasty (PCI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of stroke (CVA). Allergy or hypersensitivity to ticagrelor or caffeine. Conditions in which caffeine use is contraindicated. Patients using drugs that interact with ticagrelor. Severe heart failure (ejection fraction <40%). Chronic pulmonary diseases, such as asthma or COPD. Renal diseases, including chronic kidney disease (CKD) or acute kidney injury (AKI). Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. History of pulmonary embolism. Patients requiring triple therapy (aspirin, antiplatelet, and anticoagulant). Pregnant or breastfeeding women.

MeasureTime frame
Severity of dyspnea measured by modified borg scale. Timepoint: measurement of dyspnea at days 0, 3, 7, 14. Method of measurement: Modified Borg Scale Questionnaire.
