Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of Pemphigus Vulgaris by a dermatologist based on clinical and pathological criteria Age between 18 and 65 years, with stable physical condition allowing regular participation in group therapy sessions and completion of assessments Ability to understand therapeutic materials and actively participate in group therapy sessions Participants do not receive similar psychotherapy concurrently within the past three months" "Access to necessary communication tools or facilities to participate regularly in sessions (in-person or online)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder type I, or active psychosis). Current substance or alcohol use within the last 6 months. .Severe cognitive or neurological impairment that prevents comprehension of session content (e.g., dementia or significant brain injury Concurrent participation in other similar psychotherapy interventions during the study Severe active or unstable medical conditions that prevent participation in the intervention

MeasureTime frame
Illness perception refers to a person’s beliefs and understanding about the cause, severity, consequences, and controllability of their illness. Timepoint: The outcome variables will be measured at three different time points: baseline, before the start of interventions; post-intervention, immediately after the completion of the intervention period; and a single follow-up at a specified time after the post-intervention assessment to evaluate the sustainability of the treatment effects. Method of measurement: Measurements will be conducted using standardized questionnaires: the Illness Perception Questionnaire-Revised (IPQ-R) and the Death Anxiety Scale.;Death anxiety refers to a persistent fear or concern about death, dying, or the consequences associated with it. Timepoint: The outcome variables will be measured at three different time points: baseline, before the start of interventions; post-intervention, immediately after the completion of the intervention period; and a single follow-up at a specified time after the post-intervention assessment to evaluate the sustainability of the treatment effects. Method of measurement: Templer Death Anxiety Scale – DAS.
