Inclusion criteria: Have type 2 diabetes Age over 18 years and under 70 years Be able to read and write

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal from the study at any stage of the research Hospitalization for any reason Women participating in the study should not be pregnant or breastfeeding

Fast Blood sugar. Timepoint: Fast Blood sugar measurements before and after the 3-month coaching intervention period. Method of measurement: Fasting blood sugar test.;Two-hour postprandial blood sugar. Timepoint: Blood sugar measurements two hours after meals before and after the 3-month coaching intervention period. Method of measurement: blood sugar test.;Three-month glycosylated blood sugar. Timepoint: Measurement of glycosylated blood sugar before and after the 3-month coaching intervention period. Method of measurement: Three-month glycosylated blood sugar test.;Diabetes self-care. Timepoint: Measuring the level of diabetes self-care before and after a 3-month coaching intervention period. Method of measurement: diabetes self-care.;Integrative health and wellness. Timepoint: Measuring integrative health and wellness after meals before and after a 3-month coaching intervention period. Method of measurement: integrative health and wellness.
