Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The mother has a child with an official diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. The mother's age must be between 20 and 60 years old and the child must be between 3 and 12 years old. The mother provided written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active participation in other psychological or psychiatric treatments in the last 6 months Unwillingness or inability to participate in therapy sessions and complete the questionnaire Having a history of severe psychiatric illnesses in the mother

MeasureTime frame
Life Expectancy. Timepoint: Examination of life expectancy before the intervention and 7 and 14 days following the intervention. Method of measurement: Miller Hope Scale.
