40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 3 weeks have passed since the prostatectomy Presence of at least one urinary symptom (frequency, urge urinary incontinence, or stress urinary incontinence) with a specified score on the standard IPSS questionnaire No use of medications affecting bladder function in the past 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurogenic bladder disorders Active urinary tract infection Unwillingness to continue participation in the study Non-attendance for Biofeedback and PTNS for 2 consecutive sessions

MeasureTime frame
Change in IPSS score. Timepoint: Before treatment and 3 months after treatment completion. Method of measurement: Standard IPSS questionnaire (7 items).;Number of urinary incontinence episodes in 24 hours. Timepoint: Before treatment and 3 months after treatment completion. Method of measurement: Patient questioning and recording of frequency.
