To Prevent Bias In The Selection Of The Maxillary Side (Right Or Left), The Side Was Determined For Each Patient By Coin Toss. If The Coin Showed Heads, The Right Side Was Selected
Otherwise, The Left Side Was Chosen.In Group A (Lidocaine Gel Group – Intervention 1), 10 Mm Of 2% Lidocaine Gel (Xylogel, Manufacturer: Zahravi Pharmaceutical Company) Was Applied Using A Cotton Swab

Inclusion criteria: Adult Patients requiring Local Anesthetic Injection as an Infiltration on both sides of the Maxilla in the posterior areas without any Active Infection in the Injection area.

Pain Intensity During Maxillary Infiltration Anesthesia Injection, Measured Immediately After Injection Using A 0–10 Mm Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Where Higher Scores Indicate Greater Pain. Timepoint: Pain Intensity Will Be Measured Once, Immediately After Maxillary Infiltration Anesthesia Injection Using The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
