Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Advanced cancer (stage 3 or 4 according to the TNM system) (Advanced cancer is a stage of the disease in which the cancer can no longer be definitively cured, but it can still be controlled or slowed down with various interventions.) Outpatients aged between 18 and 64 years Experience pain intensity, fatigue, and sleep disturbance of 4 or more in the past 24 hours (on a numerical rating scale of 0 to 10) prior to the intervention. Absence of a clear and recognized pain, fatigue, or sleep disorder mentioned in the patient's medical history that is not caused by cancer. Do not have underlying diseases such as diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, skin diseases in the massage area, and addiction. Treatment should not be performed in the area of ??the cancerous tumor. Do not have rheumatoid arthritis, spinal cord injury, or bone disease that can be made worse by physical manipulation. Do not have varicose veins The patient's platelet level is above 15,000 per cubic millimeter. Do not have a hearing problem that prevents you from listening to music.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend three consecutive or four scattered intervention sessions Patient's unwillingness to continue participating in the study The occurrence of acute problems during the study (problems such as hospitalization, surgery, etc.) death of the patient

MeasureTime frame
Pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance based on numerical rating scale (NRS). Timepoint: (before the intervention) and 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after performing music and massage therapy. Method of measurement: numerical rating scale (NRS).
