Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a medical diagnosis by a psychiatrist Having a history of hospitalization in chronic mental health centers Written consent to participate in the study No cardiovascular and respiratory diseases No history of surgery in the upper and lower limbs No history of permanent injury such as degenerative changes in the joints of the body No injury to the upper and lower limbs in the past year No neurological diseases, especially epilepsy No orthopedic lesions in the lower and upper limbs No severe mood and behavioral fluctuations in the patient's psychiatric history in the past 6 months No severe paranoid thoughts and harm to oneself and others in the patient's psychiatric history in the past 6 months No suicide attempt in the patient's psychiatric history in the past 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient's unwillingness to participate in training sessions The patient's lack of psychiatric medication during treatment Causing injury during the training period or in sports activity
