Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age between 18-50 Absence of underlying medical conditions that could affect the healing process No use of blood-thinning medications or corticosteroids in the weeks preceding the procedure Provision of informed and voluntary consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unreasonable expectations of surgical results in preoperative consultation. Failure to correct jaw skeletal problems before rhinoplasty Severe obesity, which increases the risk of developing a musk during intubation of the patient. Patient with psychological problems.

| Edema: The degree of edema in clinical examinations after surgery. Timepoint: Measurements are taken on days 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 after surgery. Method of measurement: The method of measuring the degree of periorbital edema is based on direct observation of the iris. If no edema is seen, a score of zero is assigned, minimal edema where the iris is completely visible is assigned a score of 1, more than half of the iris is visible is assigned a score of 2, and if less than half of the iris is visible, a score of 3 is assigned.;Ecchymosis: The degree of ecchymosis in clinical examinations after surgery. Timepoint: Measurements are taken on days 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 after surgery. Method of measurement: The method of measuring ecchymosis is based on direct observation of the amount of periorbital ecchymosis. In this way, no ecchymosis is given a score of zero, ecchymosis limited to the medial canthus is given a score of 1, ecchymosis extending to the periphery of the pupil is given a score of 2, and if the ecchymosis has reached the lateral canthus, it is given a score of 3. | — |
