Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient provides informed consent to participate in the study The patient's age is between 18 and 65 years. The patient has no known hypersensitivity to methylprednisolone. The patient has no underlying medical conditions The patient does not have any immunodeficiency disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known drug hypersensitivity to methylprednisolone. Lack of patient cooperation during the study. History of chronic sore throat. Recent history of upper respiratory tract infection. History of osteoporosis. Multiple attempts at tracheal intubation.
