Inclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism with a definitive diagnosis by an endocrinologist Over 18 years old No motor or cognitive disability Have minimum literacy skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Absence of more than 2 training sessions
