Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People aged 60 and over Willingness to cooperate in person to participate in the study Residing in Hamedan city Potential to use cyberspace and applications Ability to communicate and answer questions Ability to read and write Functional independence and ability to perform daily activities of life Membership in Hamedan City Retirement Centers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a cognitive impairment Having a medical record regarding a specific disease (kidney, digestive, and diabetes) Following a special diet Incomplete completion of the questionnaire

| Protein intake behavior among older adults. Timepoint: At baseline (before the start of the educational intervention) and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a researcher-developed questionnaire based on the Social Cognitive Theory, including constructs of self-efficacy, outcome expectations, self-regulation, social support, and observational learning. The total behavior score will be derived from related items, and the tool’s validity and reliability will be confirmed in the preliminary phase.;Daily protein intake (grams per kilogram of body weight per day). Timepoint: At baseline and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a 125-item Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), and calculating daily protein intake through SHAPA software, based on the standard nutrient composition of Iranian foods. | — |
