Intervention 1: Intervention group: receives virtual reality (VR) training. The instructional video is recorded using a GoPro MAX 360 Action Camera and converted into a VR video using Movavi 360 Video

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having completed or currently enrolled in the theoretical course “Neurosurgical Technology” Providing informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior experience in lumbar spine fixation surgery
