Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with perianal lesions caused by HPV Willingness to participate in the study (informed consent)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Corticosteroid use Coagulation disorders Pregnancy Presence of a cardiac pacemaker

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The rate of complete lesion clearance at the end of the treatment period. Timepoint: 2, 4 and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Data Collection Form.

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of treatment-related adverse events. Timepoint: 2, 4 and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Data Collection Form.;The recurrence rate of lesions. Timepoint: Six months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Data Collection Form.
