Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted for rhinoplasty in the plastic surgery department who provided informed consent Their supratip skin thickness measured by ultrasound exceeds 3.1 millimeters

MeasureTime frame
Supratip skin thickness. Timepoint: All patients will undergo preoperative ultrasound examination to assess supratip skin thickness prior to rhinoplasty. Patients with a supratip skin thickness greater than 3.1 millimeters will be included in the study. Postoperative measurements of supratip skin thickness will be performed in the second, fourth, and sixth weeks using high-frequency (10 MHz) superficial ultrasound probes by a radiologist. Method of measurement: Patients will be randomly assigned to two groups: those receiving triamcinolone and those not receiving it. The final assessment of the corticosteroid's effect on the nasal supratip area will be conducted through ultrasound imaging and evaluation of the injection site using the surgeon’s Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores.
