Inclusion criteria: Nulliparous women Singleton pregnancy Gestational age greater than 40 weeks Cephalic fetal position Fetal weight 2500 to 4000 grams Bishop score 6 and less than 6 intact Amniotic sac
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Maternal medical disorders such as blood pressure, diabetes, etc Major fetal abnormality Unsatisfactory fetal condition Oligo or polyhydramnios
