Coping Styles: The ability and effort of each individual to resolve stressful situations is called coping, which takes two main forms. Problem-focused coping style, in which one can focus one's attention on a specific situation or problem that has arisen and seek to change or avoid it. Or one can seek to relieve the emotions caused by the stressful situation - even if one cannot change the situation itself. In this study, coping methods are the score that an individual obtains from the Lazarus and Falkman (1985) Coping Questionnaire. Timepoint: In this design, the subjects were measured before the independent variable was implemented (pre-test), then the experimental intervention or independent variables were applied. After that, the subjects were measured again. Finally, after one month of the post-test, both groups were measured again to examine the continuity of the intervention effect on the experimental group. In this study, a positive thinking educational therapy package consisting of 10 90-minute sessions, twice a week, was implemented for the experimental group. Method of measurement: The method of measuring the coping styles questionnaire will be Lazaruso and Falkman (1985).;Craving: Craving means wanting, impulses, desires, need or compulsion to consume and is considered as the basis for the onset of substance dependence, loss of control and relapse, which can be defined as a strong and persistent desire to consume substances. In this study, craving is the score that subjects obtain from responding to the periodic craving questionnaire of Franken et al. (2002). In this study
