Inclusion criteria: 1) nurse in teaching hospitals 2) Between the ages of 25 and 45 3) Having at least 3 years of work experience 4) Consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria: Absence from more than one meeting Lack of interest in continuing to collaborate in the research
