Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stones larger than 2 cm and less than 3 cm in the lower or middle calyceal Patients for whom only one access was taken during surgery The duration of the surgery was up to 1.5 hours and did not require intraoperative Pac cell injection Also, there was no evidence of pyelocaliectasis greater than 10 mm, which is considered pyelocaliectasis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with tumors, diabetes, those taking oral immunosuppressive drugs Patients with horseshoe kidney, polycystic kidney or ureteropelvic junction stenosis, those whose heart rate is more than 90 beats per minute before surgery Patients with heart or kidney failure, preoperative fever treated with antibiotics, second PCNL, one PCNL in combination with another manipulation in one operation.
