Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Digital literacy means the ability to use and share information and interact with digital content. -Office workers who have worked in their current workplace for at least 5 years and spend most of their time at a desk. -Participants must be in good general health (GHQ questionnaire) and have no medical problems that would prevent them from doing stretching exercises. -Participants must express their willingness to participate in the study in writing and sign a consent form. -Participants must have continuous access to the internet to be able to use the digital platform regularly.
