Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 65 years Second-degree burn wounds Total burn surface area between 10% and 30% Absence of comorbid conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to silver and aluminum Presence of wound site infection

Timepoint: On days 4 and 8, pain during dressing changes will be recorded using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Method of measurement: Dressings for all patients will be changed every four days, and the wounds will be assessed by two evaluators (a burn surgeon and a nurse). Wound healing will be recorded based on the percentage of epithelialization, and photographs will be taken. This procedure will continue until complete wound healing is achieved. Potential signs of infection will also be monitored during this period. On days 4 and 8, pain during dressing changes will be recorded using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), where pain is rated from 0 (no pain) to 10 (worst possible pain).For the assessment of surgical wound scars, the Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) will be used, which evaluates scars based on vascularity, pigmentation, pliability, and height. The VSS is widely used in clinical practice and research to document changes in scar appearance. According to VSS, scars are scored for pigmentation (2 points), vascularity (3 points), pliability (5 points), and height (3 points), with total scores ranging from 0 (normal) to 13
