Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 70 years Consent to enter the study No previous history of thoracotomy (lobectomy) surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient dissatisfaction. Patients undergoing chemotherapy Patients taking corticosteroids Heart failure, obstructive pulmonary disease, autoimmune diseases.
