Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having written informed consent to participate in the study Definite candidate for rhinoplasty surgery Age 18 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the study History of coagulation disorder or thrombosis, revision surgery, or crooked nose

| Edema around the eyes. Timepoint: Three and seven days after rhinoplasty surgery. Method of measurement: A standard 4-point scoring tool using an observational method. Zero means no edema, one means minimal edema, two means covering the iris, three means involving the pupil, and four means extensive edema in the upper and lower eyelids around the eye.;Ecchymosis around the eyes. Timepoint: Three and seven days after rhinoplasty surgery. Method of measurement: A standard 4-point scoring tool using an observational method.
