Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosed essential Hypertension for at least 6 months Use of at least one Antihypertensive medication according to JNC8 guideline No history of psychological disorders or any use of psychiatric medications as reported by the participant or family caregivers. Having a smartphone with internet connectivity Literacy in reading and writing, along with the ability to use a smartphone Absence of pregnancy Absence of conditions such as acute renal, cardiac and respiratory failure based on their past medical history Absence of severe visual and auditory impairments

Quality of Life Score in the HTNQOL-42 Questionnaire. Timepoint: Quality of Life will be measured at baseline and 21 days after the intervention. Method of measurement: HTNQOL-42 (Hypertension Quality of Life -42) Questionnaire.;Medication Adherence Score in the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8).
