Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Seniors over 65 years old Minimum educational qualification: Diploma Diagnosis of major depression No neurological disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other mental disorders, such as schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorders, dissociative disorders, or depression with psychotic features Taking psychiatric medications that affect mood and anxiety Concurrent participation in another clinical trial or receiving structured psychological treatment in the past six months Inability to read and write or severe vision or hearing problems The presence of severe and unstable physical illnesses such as heart failure
