Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kata player lumbar lordosis non-specific low back pain No history of serious injury in the last six months male gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The person must not have had a serious back pain in the last 3 months. The back pain score should not be higher than 6 out of 10 (according to the vas index).

MeasureTime frame
Low back pain. Timepoint: Before starting the exercise protocol and after eight weeks from the start of the first session of the exercise protocol. Method of measurement: VasTo assess the pain index, we used the visual analog scale (VAS). In this way, the individual's pain tolerance was determined on a 10-point scale from zero to 10. The higher the number determined by the individual, the greater the pain, and the lower the number, the less pain.
