| Physical activity. Timepoint: At the beginning of the intervention and 2 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire, which consisted of four sections. The first section included demographic questions, comprising 15 items such as height, weight, age, pregnancy history, and level of physical activity. The second section of the questionnaire contained constructs from the Health Belief Model. The perceived susceptibility construct included 4 items, the perceived severity construct had 5 items, the perceived benefits construct had 5 items, the perceived barriers construct had 5 items, and the self-efficacy construct also had 4 items, all on a Likert scale (1=Strongly Disagree, 5=Strongly Agree). Additionally, the cues to action construct consisted of 5 questions answered as Yes or No (1=Yes, 0=No). The validity and reliability of this tool were confirmed in the study by Khani Jahouni et al. (2016). The validity of the questionnaire items, assessed using the Lavshe table index, indicated favorable content validity of the questionnaire. The third section included the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) to assess physical activity. This questionnaire contains 16 questions in three sections: work-related activity in the first section, travel-related activity in the second section, and leisure-time activity in the third section. Respondents are also asked to specify the number of hours of physical activity they engage in per day. Physical activity is categorized as moderate and vigorous in this questionnaire. The validity and reliability of this questionnaire were confirmed in the study by Mazahari et al. (2022). In a reliability assessment during a pilot study on 20 individuals similar to the target population using the test-retest method, a Cronbach's alpha of 0.878 was obtained. The fourth section will utilize the Sports Motivation Questionnaire, which includes 24 questions. | — |
