Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of concomitant infectious and inflammatory diseases The presence of other causes of anemia besides iron deficiency Previous use of supplements used in the plan in the last 3 months The presence of digestive problems in the patient, such as malabsorption or irritable bowel syndrome Taking antibiotics in the last few months
