| Treatment adherence: In this study, treatment adherence refers to the score obtained from the Seyyed Fatemi (2013) Treatment Adherence Questionnaire for Chronic Diseases, which examines the dimensions of effort in treatment, willingness to participate in treatment, ability to adapt, integration of treatment with life, adherence to treatment, commitment to treatment, and hesitation in implementing treatment. This questionnaire has 40 6-point Likert questions. The final score of the questionnaire, which indicates the level of treatment adherence in patients, is obtained from the sum of the scores of the specified areas. The scores obtained from this questionnaire range from 0 to 200, and higher scores indicate higher treatment adherence. Timepoint: Treatment adherence will be assessed in person at the time of admission and by telephone and online 30 days after discharge. Method of measurement: Seyed Fatemi's Treatment Adherence Questionnaire for Chronic Diseases (2013).;Coagulation indices: Coagulation indices refer to PT and INR values, which are routinely measured and controlled in patients undergoing heart valve replacement. In the present study, coagulation indices (PT, INR) will be examined in person at the beginning of hospitalization and 30 days after discharge in two intervention and control groups. It should be noted that coagulation indices will be measured by the hospital at the beginning of hospitalization and after discharge, the patient is required to measure these indices every month before his periodic visit by referring to the laboratory. In this way, the values ??will be followed up by the researcher one month after discharge by telephone or online and will be recorded in the relevant form. Timepoint: It will be reviewed in person upon admission and by telephone or online 30 days after discharge. Method of measurement: Coagulation indicators will be measured by the hospital at the beginning of hospitalization, and after discharge, the patient is requ | — |
