Intervention group: Patients are randomly assigned to three groups in a block-wise manner, and tadalafil (Exir Pharmaceutical Company - Iran) doses of 5, 10, and 20 mg are given to patients once a day

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of erectile dysfunction 18 to 40 years old The sample should be collected between 2 and 5 days after the last ejaculation. No underlying disease (heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease) Abstaining from alcohol and drugs Not taking medications for neurological and psychiatric diseases
