Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being active in a clinical setting within the past 6 months. Completion of at least two years of training after starting the specialist assistantship.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inactivity at the time of the study. Refusal to participate in research.
